Frankie and the Pool Boys have become one of the most respected and well known bands of Surf Music’s “Third Wave”. The summer of 2018 will be their busiest ever with the release of their third album “Spin the Bottle”, a 7” single, a European tour, headlining the first night of the Surfer Joe Festival in Italy, and featured performances at the SurfGuitar 101 Con in Anaheim, CA and the Asbury Park Surf Music Festival in New Jersey.
Frankie and the Pool Boys have a long association with Forbidden Island, this being their 15th show there, and celebrate the tiki bar with “Kill Devil Club”, a new song dedicated to Forbidden Island’s exclusive society (you have to taste every one of the 99+ rums in the house to join!)
Spin the Bottle is being released on Double Crown Records (Bellingham, WA) and the Tan Line Fever single is being released on Asbury Park, NJ’s Hi-Tide Recordings.
