Local Surf Rock band Aloha Screwdriver are named after one of the most boring drinks in history, vodka and Pineapple. They are setting out to change change that. After a horde of submissions for a new Aloha Screwdriver recipe, we are down to five finalists. Join us at Forbidden Island for a tasting of the final five cocktail recipes competing for a place in history (and on the Forbidden Island specials menu)! $5 gets you a sampling of each of the five cocktails and a ticket that you can use to cast your vote for the superior beverage. Aloha Screwdriver will be hanging out, along with the five finalists, until a winning drink is chosen at the end of the night. So come down and let your vote be counted. Event runs from 6-10pm.
