As a warm up for Valentine’s Day, we’ve got some soulful Hawaiian and Ukulele tunes courtesy of Ukulenny and Dos Pogi Boys.

Ukelenny aka Lendl San Jose is an avid performer and educator. In addition to his own guitar/ukulele and singing career, he has also performed in pit bands for musicals, choirs, rondallas (Philippine traditional string band), marching band, wind ensembles, and orchestras. An endorsed Kala Artist, he travels nationwide, teaching, playing, and proclaiming his love for the ukulele.

Lenny’s life was changed in 2009 upon taking a fellowship with Music National Service, where he met and worked with educator/performer, Robert Frazier.  From there, a musical relationship was formed by way of the Bob and Lenny Show.  Like good wine and food, Bob and Lenny made a perfect match and continue to play for well, wineries and other fancy places.  Mostly they do what they love most, which is play music for crowds that appreciate art.
