Born in Oakland at Trader Vic’s in 1944, this quintessential tiki drink combines Appleton Jamaican rum with lime, orange curaçao, and orgeat.

Island   

For those who prefer the popular Hawaiian-style Mai Tai, the addition of pineapple juice and a float of dark rum. A vacation in a glass.

Top Shelf   

For the advanced Mai Tai drinker, the elite version features the very funky Doctor Bird Jamaican rum, lime, local orgeat and a dry orange curaçao.

 

Zombie

1934
