Modern Mixology
Howard Street Cocktail
1920s San Francisco was thick with subterranean speakeasies and the Howard Street Gang kept them stocked with bootleg gin. This Prohibition era style cocktail features Plymouth Gin, Lillet Blanc, sweet vermouth, and a handful of underground ingredients.
Juice Joint Special
Our variation of the popular 1920s flapper cocktail the Bees Knees, using Belvedere IX – a unique vodka, with notes of black cherry, cinnamon, jasmine and ginger; mixed with a cardamom infused honey, fresh peach and lemon juices.
The Lunch Cart
“Say, Why don’t we mix up a little sandwich?” Dean Martin would say as he pushed the portable bar they called “The Lunch Cart” on stage. A tribute to the classic charisma of the Rat Pack featuring Alameda’s own St. George’s Malt Whiskey, Aperol and Cinnamon Vanilla syrup.
In Vino Veritas
“In wine there is truth,” said world famous philosopher and wine connoisseur Plato. Classic tiki cocktail flavors of dark rum, fresh citrus and allspice berries are intensified by the well balanced structure of our red wine syrup.
Rose Sazarac
The original cocktail, the Sazarac, with an original twist – rose syrup and the floral and herbal notes of St. George Absinthe bloom together in perfection, and the addition of Black Maple Hill Small Batch Bourbon makes this the cocktail experience of a lifetime.
Make Mine Ginger!
Canton Ginger liqueur dances elegantly with Maker’s Mark bourbon, Chinese five-spice syrup and lemon juice.
Aztec Mariner
The Aztecs discovered agave and considered it to be a sacred element of their culture. This libation blends the spirit of Margaritas in the style of Mojitos and is accented by fresh cilantro, grapefruit juice and ginger liqueur.
Love-in-Idleness
The natural flavors of French elderflowers are paired with the grassy notes of Rhum Clement Premiere Canne. A modern cocktail for the classic tiki enthusiast.
Spring in the West Village
Spring in Manhattan is like nothing else… trees bloom, the chilly winter has finally gone, lovers stroll in Washington Square Park, and you know that you can find a great cocktail. This is our floral version of the Manhattan, with rye and St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur.
New Orleans Swizzle
A distinctly American version of the Caribbean classic, this cocktail uses Black Maple Hill bourbon, Peychaud’s bitters, citrus, spices, fresh mint and Herbsaint, the Spirit of New Orleans.
